Job summary

Presbyterian Support Central (PSC) is seeking a part-time Hospitality Coordinator (32 hours per week) to lead hospitality teams across Enliven Homes. The role drives improvements, coordinates digital menu and kitchen management software, and ensures high-quality food services tailored to residents’ needs.

You will recruit, train and support staff, manage budgets, oversee food safety, and work closely with suppliers. Travel between Enliven Homes in the Lower and Central North Island is required.

Qualifications

• Hold a diploma or higher qualification in hospitality services.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and quality assurance requirements.
• Experience coordinating hospitality teams across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across food, catering, laundry and cleaning services.
• Implement and utilise digital menu and kitchen management software.
• Monitor quality indicators and drive improvements across sites.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and risk management standards.
• Oversee procurement and relationships with suppliers, audits and reviews.
• Recruit and train Enliven hospitality team members and manage budgets.
