Job summary

Forté Health is expanding its central Christchurch hospital and seeks an experienced Operational Readiness Project Manager to lead the expansion programme. This fixed-term role runs through March 2028 and works onsite Monday to Friday, coordinating across clinical, operational, technology, procurement and facilities teams for a smooth transition into the expanded facility.

Qualifications

• You are a project or programme professional with experience delivering operational readiness, transition and commissioning activities.

Responsibilities

• Advance and maintain the operational readiness programme with milestones and critical path activities.
• Coordinate readiness activities across clinical, operational, technology, procurement and facilities workstreams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and constraints, and drive actions to keep the programme on schedule.
• Ensure continuity of clinical operations through effective transition, cutover and implementation planning.
