Job summary

Access Community Health is seeking a CREST Support Worker to deliver rehabilitation support to tangata in their own homes and work with a multidisciplinary team to aid recovery, independence, and wellbeing. The role is fixed-term for four months and includes practical induction and ongoing training.

Applicants should be prepared for a seven-day service with flexible hours, including early starts and potential sleepovers, and must have a health and wellbeing qualification or equivalent, along

Qualifications

• Level 3/4 Health and Wellbeing qualification or equivalent experience.
• Full or restricted driver's license required.
• Willingness to start at 7am and work weekends/evenings.
• Commitment to culturally safe, respectful care for diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rehabilitation programmes under the direction of Registered Nurses.
• Provide safe, respectful, and person-centred support in clients' homes.
• Support a 7 day a week service with flexible hours.
