Job summary

Care on Call (NZ) Limited is seeking a Client Services Manager to oversee delivery of homecare support services in Auckland. The role covers coordinating teams, documentation, reporting to clients and funders, and client visits.

It is a fixed-term maternity leave, full-time position offering 40 hours per week and a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate has experience in home-based care in NZ, strong IT skills, and a good understanding of compliance and contract obligations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Coordination manager and Coordinators to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Ensure correct documentation and care plans are in place.
• Report to clients, management and funders.
• Travel to visit clients, families and health professionals.
• Deliver planned services efficiently, professionally and in line with sector standards.
