Auckland Council’s Holiday Parks are seeking a fixed-term full-time Holiday Park Assistant to join their Martin’s Bay Holiday Park team until February 2027.
You will work on a roster across seven days, as the park operates seven days a week from 8am – 8 pm, including weekends, public holidays, and school holiday periods.
Our busiest time of year is during the summer season; therefore, flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, additional shifts, and varying hours is essential.
You are seeking a hands-on, versatile, friendly people person who is used to a busy work environment, is an effective team member and who can assist with the day-to-day operation of the Holiday Park.

The role pays a living wage of $29.90 per hour based on skills and proven relevant experience.
This role also provides support across all areas of park operations and may be required to assist within the wider Holiday Parks portfolio at other parks and sites as business needs require.
You’ll be working closely with an amazing collaborative team to ensure our guests have a positive and memorable experience with us.
You will be confident with administration and reception duties and have experience with cash handling as well as an ability to use your initiative to resolve both operational and maintenance issues as they arise.
