Job summary

Jora New Zealand in Auckland is seeking a Health, Safety & Environment Advisor Administration to support our operations. The role focuses on coordinating HSE training, reporting, and compliance across the business, ensuring practical safety support for leaders and frontline teams.

You will monitor HSE systems, audits, risks, and contractor records, promote a proactive safety culture, and handle incident follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Prior H&S experience, with a good understanding of NZ legislation and best practice.
• Confident building relationships, influencing others and helping create a positive safety culture.
• Comfortable investigating issues, finding practical solutions and turning data into clear reporting.
• Strong communicator who can work easily with leaders, stakeholders and frontline teams.
• Organised, proactive and confident juggling priorities, projects, compliance and H&S systems.
