Job summary

Tribe Group is seeking an Health Safety & Environment Advisor Administration in New Zealand. The role is a 12-month temporary assignment with immediate start and will coordinate HSE training, reporting and compliance across the business.

You’ll be the go-to for practical safety support, investigations and follow-ups, keeping HSE systems, audits, risks and contractor records on track while helping leaders and teams build a strong, practical safety culture.

Qualifications

• Prior H&S experience with NZ legislation and best practice.
• Confident relationships, influencing and positive safety culture.
• Investigating issues and turning data into clear reporting.
• Strong communicator with leaders, stakeholders and frontline teams.
• Organised, proactive, able to juggle priorities and systems; EcoPortal experience desirable.
