Waimate High School seeks an experienced and innovative practitioner to lead its team of Year 7 and 8 teachers.

The successful candidate will have experience implementing the new curriculum in an engaging and contextual manner, with some experience in leading the change process. They will have experience in leading small teams, building consistency in strategies to create engaging learning activities.

Knowledge of current assessment practices and use of the SMART tool to inform teaching is essential, with experience in developing data driven initiatives.
