AskNicely in New Zealand is seeking a senior product leader to drive execution across the business, shaping the product vision and coaching a high-performing team. You will influence engineering and ensure alignment between product, customers, and company goals.

This hands-on leadership role requires strategic thinking, deep SaaS domain knowledge, and a passion for customer-centric development, agile delivery, and measurable outcomes that move the business forward.

Formación

• Experience in a senior product leadership role within a SaaS business.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of delivering results in scaling environments.
• Deep understanding of agile product development and working closely with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to align and influence across levels.
• Natural leader who inspires teams and fosters ownership, experimentation and accountability.
• Customer-obsessed, data-driven and outcomes-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the product roadmap with prioritised initiatives and defined success metrics.
• Build internal buy-in for product initiatives through storytelling and clear communication of strategy and value.
• Drive the product strategy to align with company objectives, market opportunity, and customer needs.
• Mentor and grow the product team with clear goals, feedback and development opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership.
• Champion the voice of the customer by bringing data into decision making; lead discovery processes.
• Measure success and iterate quickly using data on adoption and impact.
• Own product lifecycle management from ideation to sunset with timely, quality releases.
