Job summary

AskNicely is seeking a senior product leader to guide the product execution across the business, partnering with the COO to shape strategy, define a compelling vision, and coach a high-performing team. You’ll influence engineering and ensure alignment between product, customers, and company goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior product leadership role within a SaaS business (Head of Product, Director of Product, or similar).
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of scaling results.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to align across levels.
• Customer-obsessed, data-driven, and outcomes-focused.
• Experienced in agile product development and working closely with engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product roadmap – prioritise initiatives, define success metrics, and communicate clearly to stakeholders.
• Be the messenger - Build internal buy in for product initiatives through storytelling.
• Drive product strategy – align it with company objectives, market opportunity, and customer needs.
• Mentor and grow the product team – provide clear goals, feedback, and development opportunities.
• Collaborate across functions – work with Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership.
• Champion the voice of the customer – bring data and insights into decisions; lead discovery.
• Own product lifecycle management – from ideation to sunset, ensure timely releases.
