You will own the dashboard backlog, translate customer needs into practical reporting solutions and coach teams to deliver trusted, decision-ready insights.

• Demonstrated leadership across reporting products
• Experience gathering customer needs and translating to dashboards
• Experience leading continuous improvement using structured and agile methods
• Experience with portfolio, programme and project performance data

• Lead business ownership and continuous improvement of IDD’s performance dashboards
• Translate customer needs into clear, practical dashboard solutions
• Own backlog, prioritisation and delivery communication
