High Performance Sport New Zealand is seeking an experienced Manager of Performance Health Operations to lead the Performance Health Operations Team in Auckland. The role ensures the efficient delivery of health services to elite athletes and oversees health record systems, rostering, and contract administration.

You will drive continuous improvement, work with ACC and service providers, and shape the operational foundations that enable practitioners to deliver high-quality, coordinated care

Responsibilities

• Lead the effective and efficient operational delivery of Performance Health services.
• Oversee health record and administration systems and processes.
• Coordinate workforce and roster planning; manage contracts and inductions.
• Work with ACC, service providers and vendors to align nationwide service delivery.
• Ensure electronic health record systems (Indici) support safe and efficient service delivery.
