Job summary

High Performance Sport New Zealand is seeking an experienced Manager of Performance Health Operations to lead the national Health Operations Team. This fixed-term, full-time role is based in Auckland and focuses on coordinating health record systems, workforce rosters, and service delivery for elite athletes.

You will work with health practitioners, ACC, providers and vendors to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent services, while driving system improvements and governance across HPNZ’s health

Qualifications

Experience as health practice manager or in a comparable health service operations role.
Strong working knowledge of electronic health record systems, particularly Indici.
Experience with administration, workflow development, user support, reporting or system improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead the Performance Health Operations Team and oversee health record and administration systems.
Support workforce and roster planning, coordinate contracts and inductions.
Collaborate with internal teams, ACC, service providers and vendors.
Ensure electronic health record system supports safe, efficient and consistent service delivery.
Shape the systems and operational foundations for coordinated athlete health services.
