Job summary

You will drive programme design and governance, balancing competing priorities while ensuring delivery across multiple workstreams in a high-profile public sector

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in complex organisational environments.
• Experience in remuneration, payroll or workforce relations.
• Experience leading large-scale programmes and change initiatives.
• Strong governance, financial, risk management capability.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead two major programmes: pay equity and payroll remediation across education.Oversee governance, reporting and assurance activities.
• Manage fiscal, legal and operational risks with senior stakeholders and ministers.
• Provide strategic advice on workforce matters and ensure delivery across multiple workstreams.
