Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Leadership & Capability function to enable KiwiRail people to deliver to customers now and in the future.
• Design an enterprise-wide leadership and capability strategy aligned to organisational goals.
• Advise senior leaders, the CPO and ELT on leadership development and culture.
• Lead enterprise-wide leadership development programmes and succession initiatives.
• Drive modernisation of learning systems, modes of delivery and ways of working.
• Build strategic relationships with industry bodies, regulators and providers.
