Job summary

Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) in Wellington seeks a seasoned leader to manage member admissions and pathways, reporting to the GM. You’ll supervise enrolment operations, uphold service levels, and drive improvements through technology, automation and AI to enhance the member journey.

You’ll partner with Education and Marketing, govern processes, risk and governance activities, and mentor teams to deliver high-quality outcomes in a complex professional body environment.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience leading diverse teams with a track record of developing people and delivering results.
• Practical experience in business process improvement and project management.
• Experience with enrolment and admissions processes within a professional body.

Responsibilities

• Lead enrolment and admissions operations to deliver reliable, high-quality service and agreed service levels.
• Build a positive, high-performing culture focused on growth, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive process improvement, automation and technology solutions that reduce manual processes and enhance the member experience.
• Lead teams through change and contribute to strategic projects across Education and Marketing.
• Manage the function’s resources and cost centre while identifying and mitigating operational risks.
• Ensure admissions and enrolment processes meet education, membership, governance and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee data accuracy, SOPs, process audits and support for governance activities.
