After a long period of stable leadership and campus development, the Board of Governors is seeking a new Head of King’s School (Head) to lead it through its next chapter. The Head will be a visible ambassador of the school – actively engaging with the wider community, whilst cultivating the unique character that makes King’s special.

The Head will bring strong leadership credentials, with a track record of leading pedagogical excellence and delivering exceptional academic and student wellbeing outcomes. They will be strategic, with highly developed commercial and operational management skills. They will be experienced in collaborating with a school board and have relevant qualifications in teaching/education and/or business management. The next Head will emulate the values that guide King’s – keeping the development and flourishing of boys at the heart of every decision and maintaining its standing as a well-respected, sought-after, leading independent school.
