Fusion5 in Wellington seeks a hands-on Support Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our ANZ HCM support function, ensuring timely, high-quality assistance and strong service, utilisation and commercial outcomes.
You will coach and grow a high-performing team across Australia and New Zealand, manage escalations, collaborate with development and consulting teams, and drive continuous improvement in processes and ticket quality.
Formación
- 5-8 years in customer-facing application support or service delivery.
- 3-5 years in leading and developing direct reports.
- Experience with HCM, payroll or time and attendance systems.
- Tertiary IT/CS/business degree; ITIL knowledge bonus.
Responsabilidades
- Lead day-to-day ANZ support operations across AU/NZ with triage and prioritisation.
- Monitor ticket progress and SLA performance; communicate risks to customers.
- Escalation point for customers; own issues to resolution.
- Collaborate with Development to prioritize incidents and enhancements.
- Drive service metrics improvement and utilisation/billing management.
- Coach and develop the team; build career development plans.
- Champion use of Fusion5 support tools and processes.
