Hawkins is conducting a Cadet and Graduate Programme for 2027, with opportunities across New Zealand. This full-time, permanent role begins with a structured two-year development plan, offering hands-on experience across disciplines and on landmark projects.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for motivated people who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow their career with Hawkins.

You’ll Ideally Have

• A recently completed qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, or a relevant Trade Certificate
• A genuine passion for the construction industry and site operations
• New Zealand or Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or eligibility to work in New Zealand
• A practical, hands‑on approach and a strong willingness to learn
• Previous work experience (preferred) and a positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
