Job summary

Reliance Recruitment is seeking a practical, hands-on worker to join a niche door and window manufacturer based in Middleton. The role combines on-site installation with time in the factory, ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and learning new trades.

You will install windows/doors, measure and plan for installations, liaise with customers and trades, and perform workshop duties. A full NZ driver’s licence and MOJ/drug test compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in window/door installation or carpentry preferred.
• Willing to learn and adapt to a variety of tasks.
• Hold a full NZ driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Install windows and doors on new builds and retrofit projects.
• Measure, plan and prepare for installations.
• Liaise with customers and other trades on site.
• Factory-based assembly and workshop duties.
• Restock and organise company vans and utes.
• Carry out general hands-on work and support the team.
