Job summary

Aarn Packs in Christchurch is seeking a hands-on Marketing Specialist to drive growth as we expand in Australasia and internationally. You will be actively involved in day-to-day operations, manage content on our Shopify site, and build strong customer relationships.

The role requires digital marketing, ecommerce, D2C and B2B know-how, plus skills in Klaviyo, Canva and Google Analytics. You will work with a small team, run campaigns, support ambassadors and partners, and help deliver high ROI

Qualifications

• Equivalent experience in business, marketing or communications or a related field.
• 3+ years in sales, marketing, customer service, or operations.
• Experience managing customer, dealer, distributor or key accounts.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; profitability focus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and create content across Shopify site using optimisation principles.
• Build email campaigns and grow/segment audiences in Klaviyo.
• Create, manage and report on digital ad campaigns (Google, Meta).
• Create medium-level graphic design work with team support.
• Plan and manage content across social media and other channels.
• Engage with outdoor community online and in person.
• Run ambassador, affiliate and content-creator programs.
• Explore new tools/ideas and apply them for ROI.
• Maintain relationships with dealers, distributors and partners.
• Represent Aarn Packs at trade shows and events.
• Oversee product and lifestyle photography shoots.
• Write original copy for press releases, blogs and social posts.
• Film/edit in-house videos; participate in front/behind camera.
• Lead generation for new retail accounts.
