Do you want to work in one of Auckland's premier culture and heritage destinations?We are seeking a friendly and professional individual to join us on a permanent basis (Wednesday to Sunday 0900-1730) as a front of house staff member within our Visitor Services team.As a Guide Host, some key responsibilities will include:* Delivering engaging guided tours and visitor experiences* Providing exceptional customer service and responding to visitor enquiries* Processing sales, maintaining records and stock at the Museum Shop* Promoting a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all visitorsThe salary for this role ranges from $60,903 to $68,852, inclusive of a 4% superannuation contribution.
