Job summary

KiwiQuest Ltd. in Lake Tekapo is hiring a high-pressure holiday-park receptionist to manage guest check-ins, bookings and guest accounts while supporting housekeeping during peak season.

You will need at least six months of reception experience, strong English, and the ability to work under peak-season pressure. The role offers NZD 25 per hour, discounted staff accommodation with unlimited Wi‑Fi and power, plus training on the Seekom booking system.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out.
• Answer phones and emails.
• Manage bookings, reservations and guest accounts.

• Provide local information and personalised guest service.
• Handle requests and complaints positively.
• Enter customer and wholesaler data.
• Assist the housekeeping team when needed.
