Qualifications

• Must have 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience including managing business operations and projects.
• Retail management experience preferred (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Create and foster an inclusive team environment.
• Lead from the floor to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs.
• Engage with team members to show how their work supports store success.
• Implement the Store Manager’s People vision and cascade it to the team.
• Manage the store’s hiring process from recruitment to onboarding.
• Provide training and coaching, identify development areas and source solutions.
• Lead performance management and provide continuous feedback.
• Deliver exceptional guest experience on the floor and support daily store operations.
• Address guest feedback and issues to make it right.
