Job summary

Remote is seeking a highly capable Product Owner for GTM systems to lead one or more defined products from discovery through delivery and adoption. You will work with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to translate business needs into scalable solutions and drive measurable outcomes.

You will manage backlogs, build roadmaps, and collaborate on integrations, data models, and AI-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or significantly contributing to business systems or technology products within a GTM or Revenue Operations environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue processes, system integrations, data models, and workflow automation.
• Experience translating business requirements into clear product requirements and scalable system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap, backlog, delivery, and lifecycle of one or more defined GTM products or product areas.
• Develop understanding of users, processes, data, and systems supported by your products.
• Gather and clarify business needs and translate them into well-defined product requirements and scalable solutions.
• Prioritize initiatives based on value, impact, effort, and alignment with GTM strategy.
• Define success measures and use data to drive continuous improvement.
• Design solutions using configuration, automation, AI, integrations, or development.
• Partner with senior stakeholders on build-vs-buy decisions and technology recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams through discovery, design, testing, release, and adoption.
• Identify dependencies and risks, escalating when needed.
• Maintain governance, release planning, and enablement materials.
• Monitor adoption and performance to simplify or improve landscape.
