Job summary

Kami is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, Digital/Web to own Kami’s digital performance end-to-end, including the website as a growth product, SEO, CRO, and paid media. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in our Auckland office with hybrid work: in-office Mon/Wed/Fri and remote Tue/Thu.

You’ll lead the website migration from WordPress to HubSpot, manage CMS publishing, and optimize organic and paid channels.

Qualifications

4+ years in growth, performance or website marketing (B2B SaaS preferred).
Hands-on CMS publishing: built, updated and maintained a live marketing site.
Experience with website migrations/replatforms and redirects.

Responsibilities

Own the website vision and roadmap; manage CMS publishing for Kami family sites.
Oversee day-to-day site updates, pricing changes, promos, links and redirects.
Lead WordPress to HubSpot migration; coordinate templates and redirects.
Ensure SEO during migration; partner with SEO and analytics teams.
Lead paid media strategy and agency work; optimize CRO and landing pages.
Own GA4, GTM, and HubSpot tracking; build conversion dashboards.
Promote a data-driven culture; translate metrics into leadership-ready insights.
Maintain site governance, QA before go-live, and guardrails for publishing.
