Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing role.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
• Strong track record of building and executing demand generation programs that move leads through all funnel stages.
• Experience with ABM campaigns targeting mid-market and enterprise buyers.
• Hands-on experience with tools in our stack (HubSpot, Braze, GA4, Zapier, Pipedrive, Salesloft, Looker).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns to generate and convert pipeline.
• Oversee lead scoring, routing, and campaign workflows in marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Sales to define target accounts and align on success metrics.
• Design, launch, and manage ABM programs focused on high-value regions and accounts.
• Translate market research and data into insights to inform campaigns and buyer journeys.
• Test new marketing strategies to improve demand and pipeline growth.
