Job summary

DHYANI ENTERPRISE LIMITED is hiring Grocery/Warehouse Assistants in Palmerston North. The role combines floor and warehouse duties, including receiving stock, shelving, picking/packing orders, and keeping areas clean and safe.

You will assist customers and ensure proper handling of products. Flexible shifts with up to 55 hours per week, pay rate $25.00–$28.00 per hour. Prior warehousing or retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg.
• Minimum 1 year in retail, warehousing, or pick-packing, or a Level 2 qualification.
• Forklift licence is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload stock, organise and replenish shelves.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store and storage area.
• Assist customers when required and handle products with care.
• Stock rotation and inventory checks.
• Operate computers to locate items and manage stock locations.
