Job summary

Kwetta Limited builds technology to unlock more from high-voltage grid infrastructure and helps customers electrify faster. We are seeking a Grid and Solutions Specialist to analyse complex grid challenges and shape practical customer solutions.

You’ll work with customers, electricity networks and Kwetta’s technical teams to model load, assess constraints and tariffs, and move from concept to implementation with real impact on electrification.

Qualifications

• Background in electrical engineering or related field.
• Experience across electrical infrastructure, energy, utilities, distributed energy or EV charging.
• Solid understanding of HV and LV systems, power distribution and grid connections.
• Practical experience with grid analysis or modelling and interpreting network data.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze charging demand and model load for client sites.
• Assess grid constraints and tariffs to shape feasible solutions.
• Develop practical customer solutions in collaboration with Kwetta teams.
• Engage with EDBs and DNSPs to move applications forward.
• Collaborate across Sales, R&D, Engineering and Grids teams to solve cross-functional questions.
