Job summary

Coterra is seeking a Surveyor to join our Cromwell team in Central Otago, New Zealand. The role covers the full project lifecycle from initial survey and investigation through to resource consent, design, construction set-out and cadastral survey.

We welcome graduates with a Bachelor of Surveying and practical experience; applicants with 12d, Landonline, Leica gear or DJI UAVs are encouraged. You will work alongside experienced colleagues and have opportunities to progress professionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Surveying or equivalent qualification.
• Strong practical surveying experience desirable.
• Knowledge of NZ cadastral and land development practice is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Involve across full project lifecycle from initial survey to completion.
• Cadastral, topographic and engineering surveying, construction set-out and monitoring.
• Subdivisions, resource consent work and Landonline duties.
• Work with clients, contractors and councils across Central Otago region.
