Job summary

Inovo in Christchurch is seeking a Graduate Surveyor or Surveyor to join our Canterbury team on a range of land development and infrastructure projects. You will work alongside surveyors, engineers, planners and project managers using industry-leading survey technology and be mentored to grow your technical and professional skills.

The role offers hands-on fieldwork, data processing, cadastral surveying and construction set-out, with opportunities to lead project components as you gain

Qualifications

• A surveying graduate or surveyor with at least 3 yrs relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field.
• Experience in topographical surveys and construction set-out using Total Station and GNSS.
• Familiarity with 12D and CAD software workflows in surveying.
• Experience in Cadastral Surveying, including working in Landonline.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• NZ drivers license; NZ/AUS citizenship or permanent residency is essential.

Responsibilities

• Join a collaborative team of surveyors, engineers, planners and project managers on diverse projects.
• Take ownership of project tasks and contribute to successful delivery of survey and land development projects.
• Develop skills across fieldwork, data processing, cadastral surveying and construction set-out.
• Work on projects ranging from local developments to major infrastructure and landmarks.
