As a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer, you’ll support a variety of projects under the guidance of experienced engineers, building your technical capability and confidence through real, hands‑on work.
Assisting with site investigations, logging, sampling, and data collection
Contributing to ground and soil characterisation, hazard identification, and constraint assessment
Supporting geotechnical analysis and the development of practical recommendations
Supporting project delivery through field coordination, data management, and preparation of technical outputs
Working collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and contractors
Learning how geotechnical advice is applied in real world consulting environments
You’ll also have opportunities to work on projects outside of Auckland, across New Zealand – as well as in Australia & the Pacific!
