Job summary

Craigmore Corporate in Christchurch, South Island, is seeking a Systems & Data Administrator to support our IT team on a six-month fixed-term basis. You will assist with master data changes, user access, and data governance to ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Graduate in information systems or business analytics or related subjects.
• Experience with ERP and HRIS/Payroll systems.
• Familiar with BI concepts and data modelling (cubes, dimensions).
• Experience with Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong Excel skills: formulas, pivot tables and data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritisation under pressure.
• Good numeracy, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Great communicator and team player.

Responsibilities

• Process system and master data change requests accurately and within agreed timeframes.
• Manage user access, including account setup, changes, and deactivation as per policy.
• Ensure all updates are approved, recorded, and follow data governance processes.
• Support data accuracy by checking for issues and escalating when needed.
