Civil Construction Ltd in Queenstown is seeking experienced Grader and Scraper Operators to join our local crew. You will spread and level materials, operate heavy machinery, and perform general labouring duties as required on civil projects across the region.

We value safety, reliability, and a strong work ethic. The role offers a competitive hourly rate, consistent hours (Mon–Fri with Saturday on offer), and support with licences including pathway to progression within our growing team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in civil construction operations.
• GPS experience required.
• Proficiency with compaction knowledge.
• Flexible, adaptable, and strong work ethic.
• NZ Citizenship, residency, or valid NZ work visa.

What you'll need

• 2+ Years Experience
• GPS Experience
• Compaction knowledge
• A flexible, adaptable, and have a strong work ethic
• Good knowledge of compaction is advantageous
• Be a NZ Citizen, Resident or hold a current NZ Work Visa
