The Nursing Council of New Zealand seeks an experienced governance professional to strengthen governance across the organisation. Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will be the governance lead, partner to the Council Chair and committee chairs, and ensure systems and disciplines around meetings run smoothly.

You will manage the governance cycle, forward workplans, ensure papers are timely and decision-ready, maintain registers, and embed strong governance practice across the organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting a board, Council or governance committees.
• Ability to write clear governance papers and minutes.
• Strong advisory skills while remaining discreet and pragmatic.

• Lead organisation's internal governance functions and cycles.
• Attend all Council and committee meetings and prepare papers.
