Job summary

Queenstown Lakes District Council seeks a casual Golf Range Picker to support the Sport & Recreation team in Queenstown.

You will help with day-to-day operations of the Golf Centre, ensuring the driving range is cleared of golf balls and that equipment is used safely. You’ll provide friendly, efficient service and uphold the Frankton Golf Centre’s image.

Ideal candidates are honest, reliable, well organised, can manage their own time, and work well in a team.

We’re looking for a Golf Range Picker to join our Sport & Recreation team on a casual basis.

What you’ll be doing / He aha te mahi

You will be assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Golf Centre by ensuring the driving range is cleared of golf balls.

The role will involve:

• Ensuring all golf balls are collected off the driving range
• Ensuring the safe use of the ball collection equipment
• Providing professional, friendly and efficient service
• Positively contributing to the image of the Frankton Golf Centre
