Job summary

Savor Group is seeking a Golf Experience Coordinator for our Auckland venues. You will deliver entertaining hospitality experiences, take orders, and assist guests as golf simulators and booking systems are used.

Ideal candidates have a year or more in hospitality or sports hosting, enjoy tech, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Nights and weekends availability is a plus; training and career growth are supported.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in sports coordination, hospitality, or event hosting.
• Comfortable with tech and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional entertainment and hospitality experiences to guests.
• Take food and beverage orders and serve guests.
• Assist with golf simulators, bookings, and QR ordering systems.
• Act as an ambassador for the venue and Savor.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a passionate Golf Experience Coordinator to join our team. Ideally, you will have at least a year of experience in a comparable role (Sports Coordination, Hospitality, or Event & Entertainment Hosting roles) or studying a sports-related course, a love for people, ability to work nights and weekends, and the desire to be part of a team with the drive to help it succeed!

In This Role You Will Be Responsible For

• Delivering exceptional entertainment and hospitality experiences to all of our guests.
• Offering recommendations, taking food and beverage orders, and serving.
• Have an understanding of the golf simulators, booking, and QR code ordering systems to assist with troubleshooting.
• Being an ambassador for your venue and for Savor.

What we’re looking for

• Avid golfers or an interest in sport
• Comfortable with tech and eager to learn new systems
• Hospitality or experience in people-facing roles is ideal
