Job summary
Les Mills International is seeking a Commercial Planning & Supply Chain Analyst to join our global merchandise team. You will drive demand forecasting, inventory planning and replenishment decisions across markets, develop insights and reporting to inform commercial decisions, and monitor inventory health to optimise customer outcomes.

Qualifications
- Experience in commerical analysis or supply chain planning.
- Forecasting, inventory planning or reporting experience.
- Advanced Excel and large dataset handling.
- Understanding of revenue, margin and inventory drivers.
Responsibilities
- Drive demand forecasting, inventory planning and replenishment decisions for a global merchandise business.
- Develop commercial insights and reporting to support performance and decisions.
- Analyse sales, margin, inventory and supply chain performance to identify risks and opportunities.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning activities.
- Monitor inventory health and stock levels to optimise customer outcomes and working capital.
- Identify and deliver process, system and operational improvements.
- Leverage automation and AI tools to reduce manual effort and improve decisions across merchandise operations.
