Job summary

Les Mills is seeking a commercially minded Commercial Planning & Supply Chain Analyst to influence inventory strategy and forecasting for a global merchandise business. You will partner with stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions across forecasting, procurement and reporting, balancing margin, stock health and customer outcomes.

In this hybrid role, you’ll champion process improvements, automation and AI-enabled insights to increase efficiency and accuracy across MERC operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in forecasting, inventory planning and reporting.
• Strong Excel skills with large data sets.
• Experience with ERP/commerce platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Adobe Commerce.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Experience using BI, analytics or AI tools to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand forecasting, inventory planning and replenishment decisions across a global merchandise business.
• Develop commercial insights and reporting to support business performance and decision-making.
• Analyse sales, margin, inventory and supply chain performance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning activities.
• Monitor inventory health, stock levels and supply risks to optimise customer outcomes and working capital.
• Identify and deliver process, system and operational improvements.
• Leverage technology, automation and AI tools to reduce manual effort and improve decision-making.
