Job summary
Les Mills in Auckland seeks a Commercial Planning & Supply Chain Analyst to influence the performance of its global merchandise business through data-driven forecasting, inventory planning and procurement support. You will develop insights and reports to support decision-making, monitor stock health and collaborate with stakeholders to balance margin, demand and working capital.
You will champion automation and process improvements, leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial analysis, supply chain planning or inventory management.
- Experience forecasting, inventory planning, procurement planning or supply chain reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP or ecommerce platforms like Dynamics 365 or Adobe Commerce.
Responsibilities
- Drive demand forecasting, inventory planning and replenishment decisions across a global merchandise business.
- Develop commercial insights and reporting to support business performance and decision-making.
- Analyse sales, margin, inventory and supply chain performance to identify risks and opportunities.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning activities.
- Monitor inventory health, stock levels and supply risks to optimise customer outcomes and working capital.
- Identify and deliver process, system and operational improvements to simplify workflows, improve accuracy and increase efficiency.
- Leverage technology, automation and AI tools to reduce manual effort and drive continuous improvement.
