Job summary

ZURU Creative is seeking a Social & Content Manager to act as the glue between strategy and execution across our global brands. You’ll own calendars, briefs and campaigns that reach millions, from TikTok to YouTube, coordinating with Creative, Brand and local markets.

You’ll translate briefs into impactful content, lead influencer pipelines, and mentor junior teammates while moving fast in a laser-focused, office-based environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading social and content strategy for global brands.
• Fluency on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Meta platforms.
• Ability to translate briefs into campaigns end-to-end.
• Strong briefing and production coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead content calendars across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Meta, from brief to post
• Ideate organic and paid concepts that grow brand identity and drive results
• Brief video, animation and design production clearly
• Oversee localisation so campaigns land culturally
• Own the creator and influencer pipeline end-to-end
• Bridge between Creative, Brand, Digital and local markets
• Drive optimization through performance data and trend analysis
• Mentor junior team members and coach their growth
