ZURU is seeking a Creator Partnerships Executive to discover, sign and grow creator collaborations for brands like Bunch O Balloons and other toy lines. You’ll drive campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and evolving platforms, turning briefs into authentic creator content that resonates with fans.

You’ll partner with Brand Marketing, Brand Engagement, Social, Content and Paid Media; mentor the India-based influencer team; and own relationships from micro to macro creators, delivering

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or social campaign management.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Strong negotiation and relationship skills with creators.
• Data-driven mindset; ability to turn analytics into decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple campaigns and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Find, vet and onboard creators who match each brand’s personality and goals.
• Build a global creator network from micro to macro across markets and formats.
• Negotiate deliverables, usage rights and contracts with Legal and Procurement.
• Translate brand briefs into creator plans with clear deliverables and timelines.
• Develop long-term creator relationships and turn collabs into advocates.
• Track reach, engagement, ROI and report learnings for future campaigns.
• Coach the India-based influencer team and ensure campaigns go live on time.
• Collaborate with Social, Content and Paid Media to weave creator content into plans.
