Job summary

TOMRA Food invites applications for a Junior Project Manager to help bring global projects to life. You will coordinate activities, connect stakeholders, track progress, and support solution delivery that impacts customers worldwide.

This role suits someone early in their career, perhaps a Project Coordinator stepping up, an engineer transitioning to PM, or someone from operations or project support, who is proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of coordination or support experience.
• Ability to prepare clear reports and presentations with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with sound judgment on escalation.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate smaller projects or defined workstreams within larger projects under guidance.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation such as decision logs and action registers.
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, and risks, escalating concerns when needed.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions, and follow up on actions.
• Support resource planning by tracking requirements and allocations.
• Deliver project activities within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Prepare project status updates and monthly reports for Steering Group review.
• Keep TOMRA Food Project Portal documentation current for visibility and decision-making.
• Apply TOMRA Food Project Model standards and support change control processes.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional and international stakeholders.
