We'll provide the support, exposure, and guidance to help you build your project management career. You bring the curiosity, drive, and willingness to learn.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate smaller projects or defined workstreams within larger projects under guidance.
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation such as decision logs and action registers.
  • Monitor milestones, dependencies, and risks, escalating concerns when needed.
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions, and follow up on actions.

  • Support start-up, handover, and lessons-learned activities.
  • Own your professional development and progressively take on greater responsibility.

  • Ability to prepare clear reports and presentations with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with sound judgment on escalation.
  • Confident in using standard business and project tools.
  • Fluent in English. Any additional languages are welcome.
