• Experience in FMCG, grocery retail or supplier-side roles.
• High EQ with ability to work with diverse suppliers and store teams.
• Strong customer and commercial instincts with market awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support the category strategy for International and Local using insights and trends.
• Build trusted supplier relationships and streamline engagement with stores.
• Shape ranges reflecting NZ diversity and drive awareness in-store.
• Lead pricing, promotions, range changes, and supplier plans with financial control.
• Deliver seasonal programmes and continuously enhance the customer experience.
