• Experience in FMCG, B2B, grocery retail, account management or a supplier-side commercial role.
• High emotional intelligence with ability to build diverse relationships.
• Strong customer and commercial instincts aligned to market trends.

Responsibilities

• Support the category strategy for International and Local using insights and trends.
• Build trusted relationships with suppliers and Owner Operators to streamline engagement.
• Shape product ranges reflecting NZ diversity and drive awareness in stores.
• Lead pricing, promotions, range changes, and new product development with strong financial control.
• Deliver seasonal programmes and explore initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
