Job summary

Fisher Paykel Healthcare is seeking an Infrastructure specialist to ensure reliable ICT services and lead project work in a large global environment. You will manage data centres, apply incident and problem management skills, and focus on capacity and performance improvements.

You will work alongside a talented team dedicated to delivering great customer service and high-quality infrastructure support. The role is based at our Auckland campus with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with Microsoft technologies in a large business environment (Active Directory, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, etc).
• Data Centre management for performance and capacity; continuous improvement.
• Backup & Recovery knowledge, preferably Veeam Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide real time assurance that ICT services and business applications run reliably.
• Resolve complex ICT issues and lead project-based work in a large global environment.
• Utilise incident and problem management skills to identify gaps and drive improvements.
