Job summary

Fisher & Paykel Healthcare is seeking an ICT Graduate to rotate across Network Infrastructure, Production support and Cloud apps within a multi-functional Service Desk team.

You’ll be exposed to FDA-regulated environments and industry-leading ICT tools, gaining hands-on project experience as you contribute to service delivery for NZ and beyond.

Qualifications

• 0–6 months ICT customer service experience or similar.
• Tertiary qualification or student completing studies by end of 2026 in CS/IS or similar.
• Experience with business improvement projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Receptive to feedback to develop skills.
• Proven time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across ICT teams including Network Infrastructure, Production line support and Cloud applications.
• Gaining hands-on project experience while contributing to Service Desk Operations.
• Work in an FDA-regulated environment using Microsoft solutions, SAP, CAD tools and endpoint management.

About this opportunity

As a Fisher & Paykel Healthcare ICT Graduate, you'll have rotation opportunities across the various ICT teams, including Network Infrastructure, Production line support and Cloud applications while being based in a multi-functional Service Desk Operations team.

You will be exposed to operational excellence working within an FDA regulated environment and exposure to industry leading ICT tools such as Microsoft solutions, SAP, CAD Design software and End Point Computer System Management. As we work towards delivering new solutions and systems upgrades, you’ll get hands on project experience. Your responsibilities and skill set will expand fast while being a critical member of our large ICT team servicing NZ and the rest of the world.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A tertiary qualification or you are a student completing you studies by the end of 2026, specialising in: Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar


• 0- 6 months’ experience in an ICT Customer Service or similar role

• Ability to troubleshoot pragmatically


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
