Job summary

Star Personnel is recruiting for customer service roles based in Auckland or Tauranga, NZ, within kiwi-owned freight forwarding groups with global offices. You will manage a portfolio of clients, coordinate orders, monitor imports, and keep clients updated on status and costs.

Responsibilities include arranging cartage, updating rates and quotes, invoicing, and handling third party shipments. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, team player and proactive problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Order placement to overseas origin offices
• Monitoring the importation of goods, right through to delivery to the final customer
• Providingorder status updates to clients
• Arranging cartage, ensuring all client delivery requirement are met
• Updatingrates, costings and quotes when required
• Invoicing
• Third Party Shipments
