Job summary

Luxaviation Auckland is seeking a Flight Facilitation Supervisor to lead the ExecuJet Flight Facilitation team, coordinating ground operations and maintaining high service standards for clients worldwide.

The role requires strong aviation logistics knowledge, leadership experience, and the ability to work autonomously with proactive decision-making. NZ citizenship or permanent residency is essential and occasional regional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with coaching and developing teams.
• Ground handling knowledge for domestic and international operations.
• Aviation logistics expertise including fuel, towing, and pushback.
• Ability to work autonomously with strong decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Experience in account management to ensure service providers meet deliverables.
• Excellent geographical awareness and situational adaptability.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the ExecuJet Flight Facilitation team to achieve high performance.
• Coordinate ground operations for clients worldwide, including fuel liaison and ground handling.
• Communicate with clients and respond to requests promptly to maintain relationships.
• Ensure operational and service standards are met across client flights.
• Liaise with Ops teams on issues and prepare regular client operation reports.
• Oversee key account management tasks with external suppliers.
• Travel regionally as required to attend to company matters.
• Perform additional duties as directed by the Flight Facilitation Manager.
